Ethics in project management

Ethics is a hot topic in business, as well as in Project Management. Read the PDF entitled “Ethics in Project Management” in my first post. Using some of the examples presented therein, what kinds of dilemmas have you either seen, encountered, or can envision from your field of study and/or work? How does this affect international projects and venues? Don’t limit yourself to these questions – and keep in mind there’s a difference between poor performance and an ethical situation.
