1. What type of campaign is outlined in your case study? Capital / Comprehensive / Special Purpose.
2. What should the policy be regarding planned gifts that are expectancies or deferred? Describe the pros and cons of the various approaches to counting in the campaign.
3. In light of the campaign objectives for your case study, what might be the advantages and disadvantages of a single-ask, double-ask or triple solicitation strategy.
4. Think back on the discussions in the previous module – which types of donors may be the most promising constituencies in your case study.
5. Thinking about the pros and cons of campaigns discussed in this module – is a campaign the best strategy for obtaining the resources needed in your case study? Or might an ongoing program also have been a successful strategy?
