As we know, budgeting fails because of lack in planning, implementation, funding, and discipline. Think of the housing market. Many homes nearing foreclosure for families and individuals not planning finances properly based on income, interest only loans, and improper budgeting assuming housing values always rise. Can’t hide from numbers forever.
