You have been asked to follow up your report with a presentation to administrative leaders and stakeholders that outlines your plan to develop or enhance the organization’s culture of quality and safety. A number of key stakeholders will be unable to attend your presentation for a variety of reasons, so you have decided to provide those individuals with a video recording of the presentation.RequirementsNote: The requirements outlined below correspond to the grading criteria in the Planning for Change—A Leader’s Vision Scoring Guide.
