Public Health Program Proposal

Locate a scholarly, primary article from the CSU library databases or other reputable sources (such as Academic Search Premier, etc.) on a particular health disparity.  Summarize the article, and provide your thoughts as to why this issue is still a problem in the 21st century. Give one example of a real intervention that is designed to address the problem. Don’t forget to reference the article and anything else you cite in your discussion.

Present all your work in a two-page Microsoft Word document. Be sure to use APA format.
